Our certified professionals deliver exceptional results backed by industry experience. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Offered
Karmadxb provides comprehensive services including:
- Luxury Event Planning: VIP nightlife events, corporate galas, product launches, celebrity appearances
- Digital Marketing: Social media management, influencer marketing, brand strategy, content creation
- Professional Consulting: Expert guidance on event management and marketing strategy
The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for each project will be outlined in a separate service agreement or contract developed by our expert team.
3. Payment Terms & Conditions
Payment terms include:
- Deposits are required to secure event dates or initiate digital marketing campaigns
- Payment schedules will be specified in individual service agreements
- Payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and other accepted methods
- Late payments may incur additional fees or service suspension per contract terms
- Refund policies vary by service and will be detailed in your contract (typically 7-30 day notice required)
4. Client Responsibilities & Expectations

5. Intellectual Property & Work Ownership
All content, creative materials, strategic planning, and work product produced by Karmadxb remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon complete payment, specified usage rights will be transferred to the client as outlined in the service agreement. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use our work without explicit written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
Karmadxb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. Events and campaigns depend on numerous external factors including weather, client coordination, third-party vendors, and market conditions, which Karmadxb cannot fully control.
7. Termination & Cancellation
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Termination fees and refund eligibility will be determined based on work completed, time invested, and contractual terms. Early termination by the client may result in forfeiture of deposits or additional fees.
8. Confidentiality & NDA
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, strategies, client lists, and business details discussed during service delivery. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement for a period of 2 years.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai. Both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.
